April Fools Flashback
Dear Mom,
You have not been there for me as a loving figure who promotes good by influencing me in my resources, and helping me from your own.
I have been building this, my little empire for decades, not years, decades. You have threatened by coercion to have my legal rights to my own personal body, mind, health, and finances taken forcibly by every means you could find. You do not know me. You have not either corresponded with me by any real scale by any means you have had available through millions of dollars in equity in your home or possessions, cash or investments at any time for those said decades.
The one time you did, you force fed me illegal amounts of prescribed medications while making me pay for them. Those medications were prescribed by a Doctor who wished me state hospital bound and lost his case miserably by my justice. I was then forced out of my weakened condition when my well ran dry into a 747 passenger jet and forced by you to fly to San Diego to get me "as far away as possible..." I had nothing, no one, and it was HELL.
I have held 50+ positions at some very reputable companies, all due to your constant and persistent force fed agenda of which you now are going to "back up" with run - of - the - mill schooling.
I have in my possession thousands of pages which will be converted into publications. I have made hundreds and hundreds of pieces of art which will made into my ads, my book covers etc. I have become a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL with hundreds of pages of business planning, sales training, money and e - commerce strategy planning documents. I have planned a seven book e - book series which will comprise hundreds of titles from the thousands of notes I have taken, and deep research I have conducted and read at my leisure.
I am a Who's Who in the World Award Winner 3 x's already, inducted into The Academy of American Poets for my soon to become title: OZENOZ : ONE. You need to learn some respect.
When I was 15 and Brandon Brooks, KYW1060 "News Reader" continued abusing me, as had been precedent set in the years of beatings prior, you had me thrown out. I lived with another family (2x's - The Wicks, and The Crenshaws GOD BLESS THEM), dare I remind you and THEY offered to put me through school.
They were better to me than you ever did well, let it be known.
Somehow, by direct mistake of taking a bribe of circumstances from you and your money I ended up graduating High School (Pennsylvania All State Cast 1996, West Chester University Best Actor 1996, Catholic Youth League Best Actor 1996, FIRST CHAIR TRUMPET, MN Lacrosse Varsity Athlete, MN Football Varsity Athlete etc...etc...etc...)
I ended up in a band with some people right after graduating, with my INCREDIBLE VOCALS. You might know them by name. Harrison Meyle (Golden Globe), Alex Stiff (Grammy Nominee), Peter Constantinides (Successful Software Developer). That;s just 3 of us. US. *(Harrison was also playing with The Momma's and the Papa's then)
We played The Philadelphia Zoo Benefit for crying out loud and you, oh, you and "Dad" had me throw anything I could grab in a trash bag and dropped me off at rehearsal at Peter's parents with a final (quote here) "FUCK OFF YOU LITTLE SHIT YOU ARE HOMELESS".
I was a normal teenager with extraordinary talent, who you falsely treated like some kind of junkie loser, and your behaviors have not changed.
You will not gain power of attorney, conservatorship, any unjust bullshit clause will be denied.
I am beginning a course of training that will guide me through taking my 8 years of healing with the help of my dear wife and our daughter, and turning it into a living. I have put in over 65K hours of work into this, it is back and loaded and ready to go.
I am sure you will go around behind my back to the only one left for you to prove your force of will on, to Jessica Ruch, the mother of my estranged son, almost 15.
If she gets a lawyer, she will end up paying the fees.
I have drafted a plan to cover costs of care, personal costs, allowance and college funds to be accumulated and taken responsibility for within reason. She will get the timely response I am sure she, as we all do (and I always have) needs to get on financial matters.
